Learning Raven is Pregnant | Pregnant Pony

Raven joined the Mini Rider Academy this December. We were thrilled to have such a wonderful pony join our herd.
In March, we began noticing changes in her body; muscle loss in her hind end, a sore back and a rounder belly. Having no idea she was exposed to a stallion, our team worked tirelessly with our vet and equine bodywork expert on her diet, routine, exercise and therapies to figure out what was wrong with her. Nothing was working and she kept getting rounder!

With a blood test to confirm it and a little digging, it turns out Raven was with a yearling stallion as early as July 2023 and is suspected to be 10 months pregnant! Stay tuned for updates.
